He was an active member of Florida Blue Key and Theta Chi Fraternity, remaining connected to the Gator community long after graduation.

Kelly Ann Trace, a longtime friend, recalled how Reilly brought her into his student leadership circle during their college years, helping her grow both personally and professionally. “He brought me in, gave me real opportunities, and trusted me,” she said. “We’ll miss you, Kevin.”
Clay Brett, another close friend, described Reilly as a rare leader who led without ego or personal ambition. “He was the rare leader without a selfish bone in his body,” Brett wrote in tribute. “I am heartbroken.”
In 2024, Reilly served briefly as a campaign advisor for Mike Haridopolos, who offered heartfelt gratitude for his service. “Kevin was a valued member of our team,” Haridopolos said. “Stephanie and I are praying for his family and will miss him dearly.”
