It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Lenelle Frederick, a dedicated 911 Police Dispatcher with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Operations Communications Centre (OCC) in Alberta. Lenelle’s sudden loss has deeply affected her colleagues, friends, and the entire RCMP community.
As a first responder behind the scenes, Lenelle was often the calm, guiding voice on the other end of the line during someone’s most difficult moments. Her work required immense courage, compassion, and resilience—offering comfort and direction to callers while coordinating critical responses to emergencies. The care and dedication she brought to her role left a lasting impact on every colleague and caller she served.
